Indian passport holders are not visa-exempt for Singapore. A visa must be obtained in advance — online via an ICA e-Service (where eligible), an ICA-authorised visa agent, or the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission; it cannot be issued at the checkpoint. The fee is a non-refundable SGD 30, and applicants are advised to apply within 30 days of travel.

• Apply for the Singapore entry visa in advance — ICA does not accept visa applications at the immigration counter
• Submit the SG Arrival Card with health declaration online at eservices.ica.gov.sg within 3 days (including day of arrival) before landing — failure to submit can mean denied entry
• Passport biodata page copy required, valid at least 6 months from the date of entry
• Length of stay is set by the immigration officer at arrival via an e-Pass, not by the visa itself
